Getting Started @ Victory

Victory offers a Getting Started Orientation Class to help you get started and acquaint you with our church. The class shares our vision, our ministries, our staff, what we believe, and how to get connected into the life of the church.

How do I get started at Victory?

The Orientation Class is scheduled to be held on Sundays at 9:50 AM in Room #3 on the following dates:

October 3 – October 17, 2010

January 2 – January 16 , 2010

April 3 – April 17, 2010

 

Victory also offers a six-week Starting Point Newcomers Small Group out of the Orientation Class. This class is in Room #3 on Sunday mornings at 9:50 AM on the following dates:

October 24 – November 28, 2010

January 23 – February 27, 2010

May 1 – June 5, 2010

 

Victory’s Life Development Institute (VLDI) helps people develop into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Each class is offered to teach certain Biblical principles and skills for spiritual maturity—101: Discovering the Basics; 201: Discovering the Habits of Highly Successful Christians; 301: Discovering Your Ministry; 302: Discovering Membership; and 401: Discovering My Life Mission.

 

The VLDI goals are to…
1. help you become spiritually mature.
2. produce followers who will actively apply God’s Word to their lives and be transformed.
3. connect you to other followers.
4. release every believer into a ministry.

The next classes will be offered in the fall. Sign up will be through the church bulletin.

 

Victory’s Sunday A.M. Connections Classes are designed to help adults connect with others while learning the Scriptures and how they apply to everyday life. Classes are held on Sundays at 8:30 AM, 9:50 AM & 11:10 AM.
