Victory's Missions

In the book of Matthew Jesus gives us a “Great Commission”, He tells us to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age.”

We challenge each person to reach beyond their home (whether it is across the street or around the world) with the saving message of Jesus Christ.

We use a three-pronged strategy for equipping people to reach beyond themselves to promote the Gospel: Praying, Giving, and Going.

Praying: Nothing of significance has ever been done without prayer. Jesus instructed us to pray for more workers, to intercede for others, to bring all of our needs to Him no matter how big or small. He modeled a life of prayer, and we know how important prayer is in fulfilling the Great Commission.

 

Giving: Through our faith promise fund we provide an opportunity for you to give of your resources to help us accomplish the “Great Commission” (on this site’s home page is a link to give on-line to missions / faith-promise.)

 

Going: We provide several opportunities for you to go and proclaim the life changing message of Jesus Christ, locally and abroad (click on the short-term trips link).
