Speed Testimony: I grew up attending Shady Grove Wesleyan Church and accepted Christ as my savior at an early age. While in college at Cornell University I dedicated my life to serve Christ wherever He would lead me. During my first tour in the Army I was challenged to consider the military Chaplaincy. I attended Asbury Theological Seminary and became a pastor in preparation. God has led me to serve Him as a pastor, college administrator and  Army chaplain. Since 2002 I've served a s Minister of Pastoral Care at Victory.
