James and Karen Pickett
Global Partners - Mozambique
Jim is a professor at Xai-Xai Bible College and conducts seminars at churches. Karen is a professor at the Bible college and assists the Mozambican church in developing Sunday school, teaching, and organizational ideas that they can reproduce to equip and energize their local congregations. She has also taught at two missionary children’s schools.
Bob & Brenda Bagley
Since 2009 the Bagleys have been serving as Global Partners’ Africa Area Director. Working alongside African church leaders, their dream is to see an African church that is: a) aggressively harvest focused; b) effectively equipping people for ministry; c) free from financial dependency; and d) preaching and living a doctrine that is biblically sound and appropriately African.
Don & Amy Rogers
Empowering Lives International
Don is the founder and International Director of ELI, which began in Kenya and has now expanded to Tanzania, DR Congo and South Sudan. The work was pioneered by developing relationships with key national leaders to establish Skills for Life Training Centers, Christian schools, and children’s homes. The strategy for empowerment integrates Biblical teaching with dynamic ideas and skills that help the poor address the challenges oppressing their lives spiritually, physically and economically.
Empowering Lives International - Kenya
John Busienei (Bush) is married to Veronica. John and Veronica felt a strong calling to the ELI ministry and began their work as the Directors of the Kipkaren Children’s Home. In 2016, Bush transitioned into the role of Chief Operations Officer for ELI Kenya. He is a liaison of communication between the Kenya and USA Boards. He also helps coordinate with all staff who work in our two Children’s Homes, two training centers, extension schools, Anti-Alcohol program, and Children’s ministry.
Empowering Lives International - Tanzania
Yakobo Yasini is the catalyst that connects people with trainings and opens the doors for visiting teachers and strategists to come and facilitate the farmer field trainings. Yakobo and an agricultural assistant work together to train and follow-up on past students, pastors, and farmers trained throughout the year. He also maintains the Training Center based in Kalemela, Tanzania.
Matt and Caryl Aukerman
Global Partners - Albania
The Aukermans serve amongst people living in mostly nominally Muslim neighborhoods. They are involved in personal evangelism, discipleship, children’s outreach, and church planting ministries as they work toward the development of a healthy, Albanian-led national church.
Ken and Dawn Bishop
Global Partners - Kosovo
Ken and Dawn are involved with evangelism, community development, and discipleship, but they are now also investing in building leaders who can lead a developing church. The goal is to see a self-sustaining church reaching out into its community and beyond. Along with the local missionary team, they are looking to spread into other areas. Their prayer is to develop other pioneer works among the Albanian people.
Mike and Glenda Miller
Border Buddies - Honduras
Together they form quite a partnership, a team if you will, that has taken them into the very jaws of hell, yet because of their love for Jesus, they are blessed to share the gospel and bring healing to “the very least of these”. They love working with youth in the barrios, with their parents, with incarcerated men, women and youth, and their reward is to see changed lives.
Matt and Laura Smith
Teacher and chaplain at Quisqueya Christian School.
Victory also supports other missionaries in undisclosed locations.
